a few words on the ingredients...
Most of the ingredients are fresh fruit and veg (and I'll always recommend opting for organic), but there a few items I've named specifically by brand — these are products that through trial and error I've decided are the best, or they're the only company that makes it.
I've included pictures below so you can recognise them in the supermarket. In no particular order...

Norganics golden soya mayonnaiseWithout a doubt the best mayo I've ever tasted, this is the "secret ingredient" of many of my salads. Sometimes the lemony flavour can be boosted with a squirt more lemon juice. |

Sacla classic pestoThis stuff is great — unlike the watery flavour of many other pestos, the taste of this one is really full and a little goes a long way. |

Safcol tuna in oilThe accessible Golden Child of Greenpeace's most recent Canned Tuna Guide, the Safcol (skipjack) tuna in oil is pretty good. |

Greenseas tuna with mustard mayonnaiseAdd instant flavour! Easy and tasty. Sadly only comes in the small snack sized cans though. |

Brookfarm macadamia oil infused with lemon myrtleThis oil is a taste sensation. I think it has become my new favourite. Not the cheapest by a long shot, but definitely worth it. A little goes a long way though. |

Perfect Italiano cheesesTheir Pizza Plus is a blend of parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar, really the perfect blend to finish off a pizza. They also do a great parmesan block — so far the only one I've found that I like. |
